Aro Valley House Renovation - Extensive staged renovations creating 4 self contained flats - each with their own outdoor living area. The appearance of a single large house was retained by concealing access stairs to the flats to the 1st floor behind a decorative screen.
Wellington house - Extensions to an existing house to create 2 semi-detached self contained dwellings. Exterior cladding for extension is intended to allow each dwelling to be visually separate and easily identified from the road.
Papakowhai house renovation - Alterations and additions to an existing house to accommodate a growing family. Creation of open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area with north facing roof deck affording sea views. New stairs link to a master bedroom extension downstairs.
Mt Victoria house renovation - Complete renovation of a small character house in an inner city suburb. Creation of open plan Living / Kitchen / Dining areas to maximise limited floor space available.
Clyde Street house additions and alterations - contemporary extension to an existing house to create kitchen and family area with improved access into garden for a young family.
Wilton Road house alterations - alterations including a vibrant new kitchen with access to a covered deck and conversion of the adjacent laundry into a family area.
Garfield Street house additions and alterations - conversion of existing basement area into a master bedroom and ensuite. Creation of a new stair linking the 2 floors of the house. The new stair is contained in a new extension in the form of a “tower.”

Nottingham Street house alterations - Extensive alterations to an existing bungalow for a young family incorporating a kitchen and family room extension opening out onto a deck and rear garden
Messines Road house additions and alterations - extensive alterations undertaken in 2 stages. A generous section with house well placed in the centre allowed a rear extension encompassing a guest bedroom; bathroom and family room. A free-standing garage and teenagers’ space was built at a later stage on the street boundary. This created a new space between the house and the garage / teenager’s space - a courtyard which is both private and a focus of activity for the family.
