Early Learning Centre Khandallah Wellington - Conversion of an existing house into an early learning centre for 3 - 5 year olds.




Black Pearl Salon fit out - Enlarging a central city hair salon to create additional cutting stations. Located within a character building; a “minimalist” approach was taken – respecting and enhancing the character of the building interior.



Hutt Road Warehouse and Showroom Wellington - In association with BMC Architecture Ltd. Renovation of an existing warehouse damaged by fire with a new showroom and new offices above. Facing a busy main arterial road the new façade is designed to catch the attention of passing traffic - a “billboard” of sorts.






Karori Road Seismic Strengthening -
Formerly a branch of National Bank. Coordination of seismic strengthening work undertaken by building owner before rebranding as an ANZ
Bank branch.




Curry Heaven Restaurant Newtown – Seismic Strengthening and Fitout -
Located within the Newtown Central Suburban Centre Heritage Area there is a strong preference to upgrade existing buildings. The existing building built around 1900 was showing its age. With the assistance of funding from the WCC Built Heritage Incentive Fund the building was seismically strengthened and upgraded. A new shopfront matching the original was reinstated.



Palliser Hotel Wainuiomata – Seismic Strengthening and Fitout -
The site was being redeveloped and the Palliser Hotel – a local landmark was relocated to another building (previously a butcher’s shop) at the front of the site. Regular patrons will recognise some of fixtures and fittings from the original hotel which were reinstated in the new pub.
